Staffing Support

As part of this event organised by Sunset Event, we deployed two stage managers to oversee general coordination, in accordance with specifications requiring comprehensive and responsive technical management. Their role encompassed the management of lighting, sound and all technical aspects, as well as supporting the speakers during the various speeches and presentations.

In the run-up to the event, briefing sessions and rehearsals were organised with the client to ensure a smooth execution that met expectations. Our teams then managed the entire production throughout the event, ensuring seamless on-site coordination.
