Mission

For Les Ardentes Festival, we manage various logistical and technical aspects, deploying more than 150 staff members over nearly three months across the build-up, event operations and dismantling phases.

In 2025 and 2026, our support was extended to several additional areas, including Food & Beverage, sponsorship, on-site equipment management, camping and general logistics.

We also deployed a dedicated sanitation team across the entire festival and campsite. Several event managers were present throughout the full period to coordinate these different areas and ensure smooth operations in close collaboration with the organisation.
