Production and Staffing Support for Sunset Events
Production Support
Sunset Events called on us to support the production of their event. We handled the site layout, technical coordination, bar management and payment operations to ensure a smooth and seamless event.
Staffing Support
On-site, we deployed 3 event managers to handle setup, teardown, bar operations, and stage management, along with more than 10 team members to run various activities, including bartenders and mascots!
