Production support

On-site, our teams were deployed to ensure the smooth running of the event. Over twenty bartenders were assigned across the three bars, supervised by a dedicated manager. Four stage managers from our team were also present to oversee setup and coordinate all tasks. Finally, our technical teams handled the assembly and disassembly of the bar structures, ensuring seamless and controlled organization from start to finish.

Staffing support

We deployed three bars and mobilized over 100 staff members: bartenders, bar personnel, logistics teams for setup and teardown, as well as additional support to assist the food trucks. This organization streamlined operations and ensured a high-quality experience for both the public and the client.
