On-site teams and stage managers for a seamless festival experience: food, sponsorship, camping, and logistics

Mission

For Les Ardentes festival, we handle logistics and technical aspects, mobilizing over 100 staff members for three months across setup, event, and teardown phases. In 2025, we also managed on-site food production, sponsorship, camping, and logistics. Our stage managers ensure the smooth operation of the various areas, working closely with the festival organizers.
