Production support

We worked alongside the Horeca Federation for two editions to bring Be Cheffe to life, a competition dedicated to highlighting the role of female chefs in the hospitality sector. Our involvement covered the entire production process: venue layout and setup, supplier selection and coordination, order management, timeline planning, and on-site production management. We also handled the setup and dismantling of all installations.

Staffing support

For Be Cheffe, we deployed a full and versatile team to cover all on-site needs. Our runners ensured logistical support and coordination between the different areas, dishwashers and kitchen assistants managed the kitchen operations and preparations, while our production managers oversaw the teams and the smooth running of activities. Bartenders handled the beverage service, and our setup and teardown crews took care of the installations before and after the event.
